Conflict of interest
A member of the Board or of any Committee does not participate in the consideration of their own membership, Fellowship, award or professional designation. The recusal is minuted, and the member withdraws for the whole of that item.

Awards
The AVAMP Global Digital Asset Excellence Awards will open only after the Association's standards and review infrastructure is established. When launched, the Awards will operate with an independent jury, published criteria and a transparent judging procedure, across categories including Digital Asset Innovation, LegalTech Innovation, Blockchain Research, Regulatory Innovation, Web3 Technology, Digital Asset Compliance and Tokenization Innovation.
