AVAMP exists to raise the standard of professional practice across the virtual asset industry, and to recognise it where it is demonstrably achieved.

Mission

Mission & Vision

The mission of the Association is to advance professional standards in the virtual and digital asset industry; to support responsible innovation; to strengthen market integrity; to promote professional excellence; and to sustain international professional cooperation between practitioners, institutions and researchers.

The Association's vision is an industry in which professional competence is verifiable, standards are developed openly and international expertise is accessible to regulators, institutions and practitioners alike.

Governance

How the Association is governed

Board of Directors

Responsible for the strategy, finances and statutory obligations of the Association.

International Advisory Council

Provides independent advice on standards, research priorities and international representation.

Standing Committees

Membership, Fellowship Review, Standards and Research Committees, each acting under published terms of reference.

Recusal rule. A member of the Board or of any Committee takes no part in the consideration of their own membership, Fellowship, award or professional designation, and withdraws from the proceedings for the duration of that item.
